Meet David

David R. Bradley is a smoker who doesn't smoke anymore. He has not smoked since 2002 and has no intention of picking the habit back up again. Like ever. He has spent the last several years practicing being in the now.  Loved it so much I read it twice

This is a great book for a smoker that has all but gave up on stopping the habit. I read it once years ago and now Im reading it again. Dave is blunt down to earth take this shit or leave it kind of writer and I absolutely loved his approach. Stopping any habit is difficult and the gritty tones and attitudes in this book resonates with parts of me and people I know lol. It not only gives great advice and outlooks on learning to be a non smoker but also helps you learn to be in control of a better you which can be an easy thing to forget in this life lead by media stories and so many new dos and donts! You control your life and your choices. This book of life is yours alone to write, read this book and pick up the damn pen already!!
